  • We do not record or store videos of the online interpreting sessions. However, videos may be temporarily recorded during the session for service functionality and are automatically deleted thereafter.
  • Be aware that the opposing party (anyone on the other side of the call) may have the ability to record the conversation, for which CallSign holds no liability.
  • Our ISL interpreters are fully committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhere to a strict non-disclosure MOU issued by India Signing Hands Private Limited.
  • We may share your data with authorities to comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests.

  • We use industry-standard encryption protocols and robust security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Caller ID information is internal to the app and does not expose any personal phone number unless explicitly agreed to by the user.
